Dear AdNet Employees and Clients,
As we enter another week with the directive to “Stay at Home” by government officials, we have an opportunity to practice mindfulness and gratitude. There is so much information out there coming from many directions where it can overload our emotions. Keep the fearful conversations to a minimum and be mindful of what we send to people. Negativity begets fear and our priority is to beget hope, kindness and good health.
This week’s tidbits include the simple Serenity Prayer. These powerful words have helped me through the toughest times in life and when you feel challenged or hopeless, repeat them over and over until you find your sense of calm. Print this out, keep it near and use it whenever that feeling comes where you need an extra lift.
God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The Courage to change the things I can,
And the Wisdom to know the difference.
